1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bajle ("bajle", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bajle website located at https://bajle.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality provided through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a bajle account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a game, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bajle platform.

bajle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bajle will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any revisions.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bajle platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajle does not permit access to or use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their local jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the Service on behalf of a corporation, organisation, or other legal entity is not permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of bajle or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors, where such participation may constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not been previously excluded from bajle through a self-exclusion request or an account suspension decision made by bajle.

bajle reserves the right to request identity verification and age verification documents at any stage of your use of the Service. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of outstanding balances, subject to applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bajle's services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active bajle account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. bajle reserves the right to suspend any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bajle immediately at [email protected].
• Account Verification (KYC): bajle operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID — and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed or before certain account thresholds are reached.
• Account Currency: All bajle accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajle does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. bajle accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bajle does not impose a processing fee on standard mobile wallet deposits, though your wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your bajle account within minutes of a successful transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. bajle processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bajle aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

4.3 Bonus Funds. Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds. Real-money deposits are always withdrawn first; bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements until fully met.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. bajle is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. bajle reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. bajle may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in such cases.

4.5 Declined Transactions. bajle accepts no liability for funds that fail to reach your account due to incorrect payment details provided by you, or due to technical issues originating with your bank or mobile wallet provider. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

bajle offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"). Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The applicable contribution rates for each bonus will be published in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: bajle reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend the account of any player found to be abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim new-player offers more than once, systematically placing low-risk bets to exploit bonus terms, or withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming a deposit match bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a free bonus (a bonus not requiring a deposit) is ৳5,000.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: bajle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook. All bets placed on the bajle sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. bajle reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended or closed due to an error, a technical fault, or the commencement of the event in question before the bet was confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of bajle's trading team is final.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting. Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. bajle reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets submitted but not confirmed prior to a market suspension are not accepted and will be returned to your account balance.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games available on bajle are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules for each individual game are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, bajle will attempt to resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's stated technical fault policy. bajle cannot guarantee payouts on rounds affected by a technical fault.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on bajle. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. bajle reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajle platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the bajle platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sporting event.
• Opening more than one bajle account or using another person's account without their express authorisation.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are void and must be returned.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or age verification information.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities to deposit into bajle.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajle staff or other users through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bajle platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bajle or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajle platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content found on the bajle platform without the prior written consent of bajle.

The bajle name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of bajle. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any bajle trademark without bajle's prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

bajle collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the bajle platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bajle implements industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the bajle platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bajle cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

bajle will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. bajle may share data with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification services — strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajle, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bajle platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.

• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

bajle's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bajle account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bajle's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your bajle account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by bajle. bajle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, bajle reserves the right to withhold any outstanding account balance.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the bajle platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bajle reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajle will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the bajle platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bajle operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and bajle, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting bajle's support team at [email protected]. bajle will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

bajle's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the application of bonuses, the suspension of accounts, and the enforcement of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
